Ron Rogers, President

Ron has been involved in the consumer hardware, home center and DIY markets for the past 25 years.  He has held the positions of National Sales Manager for Lutron Electronics and General Manager for Square D’s Consumer Products Division.  For the past ten years, Ron has worked to build Third Wave Marketing, LLC into the most effective and efficient means of reaching the independent hardware retailer to help the manufacturers we represent build sales volume and market share.

Fernando Haro, Customer Service Representative

On December 6, 2004 Fernando Haro joined the Third Wave Marketing, LLC team based in Lexington, KY.  Before joining Third Wave Fernando was employed by one of the largest food processors in California where he developed excellent skills in bi-lingual customer service.  Fernando’s organizational skills, attention to detail and bi-lingual ability will allow us to further grow our business south of the border and in the Caribbean basis.  WELCOME ABOARD FERNANDO.

Joey Grubb, System Administrator
	Joey is a native of central Kentucky and graduated from KCI college in May 2000.  He joined Third Wave Marketing in August of the same year and immediately joined Ron in Chicago at the National Hardware Show--he hasn't looked back since.  Joey is the residential systems technician and is here to answer all your product support questions. If you've ever called the Third Wave office, then it is a sure bet that you've talked with Joey!
Alex Kelley, Sales Consultant
	Alex graduated from the University of Virginia in 1997 and went on to serve in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer for four years.  He joined Ron at Third Wave Marketing in March of 2002 and opened a Chicago office to better serve our customer base.  His primary duties focus on finding new products and creating valuable services for our customers as well as targeting new customers for the manufacturers we represent.  Alex is experienced in database management, website design, and MS Office application development.
