Marketing, LLC was founded by Ron Rogers in 1996 as a liaison between
independent hardware retailers, distributors and hardware cooperatives
on one hand and manufacturers on the other. Over the years, Third Wave Marketing has
evolved from a one-man basement office to a thriving five person sales,
marketing and customer service organization with the main office located
in Lexington, KY and a branch office in Chicago, IL. Third Wave Marketing
stays in touch with independent hardware retailers on a national basis
via personal contact at shows, the Internet,
fax broadcast and periodic
calls to active customers. Third Wave Marketing, LLC is the most
effective and efficient means for a manufacturer to sell, market and
service their product to the independent hardware retail market.

customers per day. We also have an active and secure internet site that allows coop members to access product information and

Our typical business cycle approximates the following schedule:

· Pre-show mailing of personalized newsletter and order form to active drop ship and target accounts.
